Adam just left my residence after replacing the main Hot Tub Motor in my Crystal Waters 2000 Hot Tub. He is very knowledgeable about all makes of Hot Tubs and easy to communicate with. My Hot Tub is quite old and this make is no longer available in Canada. I had previously contacted the original installer (Aqua Bay) as well as St Lawrence Pools, and neither company wanted to touch my Hot Tub. Thank You so much Adam.
Worked with Adam and he was very methodical and thorough about diagnosing the issue with my hot tub, he didn't jump to conclusions and he ended up saving me some money. Very good service and very pleasant to deal with overall. Would highly recommend Saylor Spas.
