Worst building experience ever. Temperamental responses, hard to nail down timing and details. The Brothers Both are the worst kind of customer-focused people.
Dirty work sites, poor quality work. I have seen at least 20 of their homes, very sad.
I don't even want to give one star! Quality of workmanship was subpar to say the least. Many mistakes made throughout project. Was suppose to take one month...five months later. Floors had to be redone because they were not protect during process even though materials were provided to protect. Ruined newly finished railing, again not protected, then tried masking problem.
