Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didnt answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way. If they didnt want to do the job, they should have said so when I called to confirm the appointment.
I have had dealings with this company for the past five months, they are the subcontractor on our new home. We have had a broken water main, cold water from the hot side of water faucet in the sink, hot water in the toilet, gas line left leaking after they "secured" it - we had to contact the gas company to repair it.
