I have always had a positive experience as a patient here but the new front desk staff is absolutely AWFUL. I went to my appointment after driving in from grad school over 3 hours and was greeted by a rude woman at the front desk. After seeing the other recent reviews I’m sure it was the same person described. They also can’t even keep their phone calls straight or accurate records of when patients walk in the door. Great doctors but terrible office manner.
