I hired Sayayin Painting to execute 2 carpentry projects, first building an outdoor kitchen/bbq area on my deck and then rebuilding a side porch and adding steps. Melvin was very responsive and respectful. He came on relatively short notice to do a job for us and offered a very fair price. The project involved bleaching and applying a protective finish to newly installed white oak steps in our garage. The work was done professionally over two days, as several coats were required.
