Always excellent care staff is always great very helpful and caring
Dr. Sayani is very easy to talk to. She takes time to listen to my concerns. If there is anything I am not comfortable with, I don't hesitate to tell her. Her office staff are pleasant and easy to talk to. I use the patient portal for a lot of my communication. I can also see her notes, my health records, and all of my test results.
I went for my annual visit; I wasn't feeling well because of stomach issues. Dr. Sayani said maybe we need to do a CT scan but after lab results come in tomorrow. Next day her office staff calls Dr. said she will go over them in 2wks when you return. My husband had his appointment a few days before my follow up and asked if I could be seen still feeling bad. I am not or ever have been a patient of hers. I have only interviewed Dr, Sayani and found her to be cold and indifferent to my needs. She never offered any solutions or treatment.
These people are SO touchy and dr sayani just plain has a god complex...theyre not helpful and if you are bold enough to disagree with this HBIC youll get a nasty phone call from her staff because she might have to face the person shes accusing and she knows shes wrong. She could have all the greatest medical skills in the world but i personally have NEVER met someone so condescending and one sided. She is very good but makes you keep coming back unneccesarily. She will not write your prescriptions for a year. She makes you come back every 3 months. I am healthy so there is no need to do so. She is after the money.
First time scheduling an appointment to a place I’ve never been. Walked in at time of appointment at 10:30 and she said grace period is only 15 minutes to fill paperwork! It was right at 15!! Staff is terrible. She needs to either like what she’s doing or find another job. She wasn’t nice about it.
I'm a registered nurse and know when I'm getting care. I feel like she knows what she's doing and a great listener.
Dr. is good. The staff needs more education in the referral process and more than just the nurse needs to know how to do. Expect delays from your office visit for them to do referrals,
