I did not have the best experience here. While I was able to try on six dresses and the owner Pamela did her best to guide my dress selections and help me in and out of them, she was also very opinionated and overbearing. I came here to shop on a budget (the shop name says it all) but the owner did not ask me about my budget and picked out a glamorous 3k dress to try on as the final one, which I felt was an upselling technique. Two of my daughters have purchased their dresses at this bridal salon for their 2025 weddings. For my first daughter, we were quite impressed with Pamela's knowledge and ability to see how dresses would look off the rack and tried on. She was straightforward in her comments on what looked good and what didn't, which we appreciated. Pamela also helped us to identify how my daughter's dress could be altered to be taken in, let out, and how the train design could be preserved when hemming. Had a great experience with Pamela. She was clear on the dress options in my size, helpful with all questions (pricing, alterations, etc.), and really fun to be around! Highly recommend this store!
Pamela was absolutely incredible. She made me feel so comfortable. I enjoyed being able to pick things off the rack, as opposed to other shops I have been to where the stylists picked everything for me. I was able to pick out things straight off the rack and she helped nix ones that she knew did not match what I was going for. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend a visit to any future bride!
