Cannot say enough good things about this place. Tucked away in a shopping center in Potomac, Hillary was the sales associate who helped me and was remarkable. As a plus size bride, going into a shop like this could be intimidating, but I felt perfectly comfortable the entire time and was impressed by the variety of dresses in my size range (18-20). Vanessa was pleasant but had little knowledge about industry sizing. She let my friends and I browse the racks only to have her manager (whose name I believe was Pam but she never introduced herself) explain that none of those dresses would fit me. Instead I was pointed to plus size gowns (all of which were outdated and not what I was looking for). Very disappointed with this experience. Pamela kept making comments about my body and how I wouldn’t fit into 90% of her dresses as a size 4-6 (which I figured anyway since not a lot of places carry my size off the rack but her website literally states she carries sizes 0-22). She also stated that most bridal boutiques wouldn’t waste their time with someone like me who had a budget of 1500 and a small size with a preference for a basque waist. I had a lovely experience here with Natalie and Pamela. This was my first wedding dress experience and they were just great. Excellent customer service, communication, kindness and so helpful. Highly recommend them.
Vanessa was a gem and made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses! She listened to what I wanted and I never felt pressured to try on something I didn't like.
