This place feels sketchy, careless and misleading. They’re listed on Booksy, but when I tried to book an appointment, I found out they don’t actually use the app to manage bookings. So why even be featured there? Booksy requires you to input your credit card info to reserve a spot, which I did, assuming the appointment was confirmed. Iv been standing outside for 46 min my appointment was at 10 am I got here at 9:49 the place is closed I came here with my friend and her daughter no one answers the phone nothing but they are quick to charge u a cancellation fee of $57 they better refund my damn money

Booked an appointment online days in advanced for my daughter’s birthday today. Showed up for the appointment and was told they had no idea of an appointment despite it being booked online. Thank God there’s other salons in the area so it did not ruin her bday plans of getting her nails done.
