Dr. Susan Holt was great, I would highly recommend her services. She was also very responsive and I really only had a 24-hour window due to my dogs health and a lot of other services didn't have availability for 3-4 days out. My family greatly appreciated her professionalism and her quick turn around time. It was a great experience overall especially due to the circumstances.
I want to personally thank you, although this was a very difficult situation it was very peaceful and stress free. Thank you again.
A difficult experience made so much easier with the help of Dr. Holt. My sweet old man was able to enjoy his last day in the home he was familiar with, comfortably in his favorite spot, and I am forever grateful. I felt safe handing over my old man for cremation, was grateful I didn’t have to do any of that legwork, and later received a beautiful package containing his ashes. Thank you Dr Holt for giving me peace of mind during such a difficult time.
Pet euthanasia is a hard thing to think about. It is a decision that we thought about and was best to do in the home. Dr. Holt, in our opinion is one of the best in the eastern Massachusetts area. She was a mix of professional and compassionate and made our difficult time a little easier.
