Hi , I would like to share this . It was 14 months ago that I walked into Say Fitness. The staff, trainer’s , owner and client’s are what you call a breath of fresh air. The gym is the cleanest I have ever been in. All the Instructors / Trainers are so educated with the body’s muscular, skeletal forms. Most of all, the excises with expertise and form . I am being trained physically, mentally, to find myself a healthier and well balanced person by being a part of Say Fitness. -D
