If I could give more stars I would! This isn’t your average dentist office. My 4 year old, autistic, daughter just had her first dental visit here. The entire team was extremely welcoming and even had a sign that said “welcome” with my daughter’s name in the front office, which we loved. Raquel and Dr.Foster were amazing! They explained everything throughly and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed.
I’m very disappointed with the way my call was handled at this office. I called ahead of my daughter’s appointment to let them know she currently has a fever and runny nose. Instead of receiving understanding or guidance, I was met with sarcasm and rudeness from the staff member, Gaynor. Her response was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel as though I was being a burden for simply informing them of my daughter’s condition. First off doctor Foster was amazing as my kids dentist back in 2022 but we moved out of town. We are now back in town and my experience trying to get my kids an appt was disappointing to say the least. I was asked why they didn’t go every 6 mths when we were out of town and I told her there was issues and the response was “well are you good now seems like you were having issues before” not knowing I had a baby in NICU during that time!
