Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us what was going on with our water softner. He didn’t feel that we had a problem and was reassuring that we did not need to do anything at this time.
Not sure why this company gets an average of 5 stars. My tech arrived late, shined a light under my dishwasher for less than a minute, and then said I needed a new dishwasher and that the leak would stop if I quit using the old one, and did absolutely nothing. Quoted me $443.58 to install a new one, and only didn't charge me for a service call if I committed to him installing the new one.
