I called Saxton Services due to standing water in my basement after a large storm. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very courteous. After explaining my issue, I was given the option of an emergency visit or scheduling something if I could live with it for a few days, with a caveat that they could fit me in sooner if there was a cancellation.
