I/we are being extorted by Lovett Realty/John B. Lovett & Associates, who is/are the owner or management of this building. As an apartment owner, we pay fees on maintenance statements to Lovett every month. Lovett has placed a bogus charge(s) on the statement and charges us a late fee for every month we do not pay the bogus charge. Eugene Gardner & Ken Lovett, of Lovett/The Lovett Group do not amend the situation despite e-mails dating back far.
