None of our buildings except for the one that was rebuilt and the one across the street has any railings to hang on to the step up into the door is very dangerous with the step and it's not that high I don't know how they're legally getting away with not having us grab something it's very slippery in the winter

Appears to be a COVID break out in this place, my mother lives there and these older peeps are having probs making arrangements for testing because of the online stuff I would think management would make an effort to protect its brand name from something terrible Peeps leaving in ambulances with COVID should prompt management to do something besides sit on hands Perhaps I should give all those old peeps a lesson in how to write reviews and contact this brand via Twitter and the use of has tags Imagine if they learn that Saxx... read more
I know plenty of people who live here as far as neighbors talking mice and bedbug problems that are not being taken care of it’s really sad how they treat the elderly over here if I could give 0 stars I would better other elderly apartments around that would not have pest control issues and have the units maintained better
