Manager is unprofessional – Property manager Shennon is very unprofessional, arrogant, insensitive and rude. She does not care about your problems or your requests. She is like a headache while getting done your request. She simply refuses without listing to it. GO AWAY !!
Tinsy tiny apartments!!, hidden charges!!, ugly stained carpet, paper-thin walls, unexpected visits while showering!! – Moved here from Cypress Creek Apartments to save money, worst mistake ever! It was 20 times smaller. I had to rent a storage building to put half my things in that I had in the other same apt. I moved to save $30, but ended up spending $90 a month exta. I had to pay for my pool pass, a rediculas amount, always monitored at the pool- no more than 2 guest with you and everyone had to show cards every 10 minut... read more
