Hello! I am a current resident at Saxon Trace. I have lived here for two years so far. The staff here is super friendly. Sherri is always quick to help and tells you everything you need to know. I also enjoy talking to our maintenance crew. They are definitely knowledgeable people and care about making sure you get everything you need. Everything is user friendly and community based. La Administracion es pesima. Mi madre se quejo por mucho tiempo de un mal Olor a mojo. Nunca prestaron atencion y tubo q mudarse le devolvieron 113 Dolares, de mas de 3000. No obstante se le aviso de la mudanza y Los motivos. Ademas, la invasion constante a la privacidad no hay respeto.
Fue lo peor que me pasó en la vida, eso es una trampa, me rentaron un apto lleno de humedad y moho, me enferme, estuve muy grave interna por dos veces en el hospital. El agua es malisima, no sirve ni para lavar la ropa. Estaba esperando a ver cuanto me iban a devolver porque me mude, nunca fueron a ver lo malo de ese sitio y de aproximadamente 3 mil dolares me devolvieron 133. Dolares, fueron 16 meses que dure ahí y fueron 16 meses sin salud, además ahí le llevan un control de todo, uste no pude ni hacer una mínima decoració... read more
