I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Sarah Saxon in Texas in August 2024. What followed became one of the most difficult and devastating medical experiences of my life. Shortly after surgery, I developed symptoms including significant swelling, redness, stiffness, tenderness, and a persistent foul odor inside my nose. Dr Saxon is a decent doctor, I was botched pretty badly in Turkey and she helped me to feel a bit more confident and I have been moving a long with nursing school until I am able to really address the issues I have in a way that will 100% satisfy me. She definitely did her best but for 22,000 USD I wish the surgical plan was tailored a bit more towards what I initially wanted.. though I’m sure if she was my primary doctor this review would be 5 stars.
This is going to be a bit long, BUT if you're even thinking about going to Saxon you may want to be fully informed!! 43 yr old here went in for lip lift & under eye wrinkle consult. Five stars in an injustice, this team deserves ten! I am currently recovering from a facial feminization procedure (brow bone reduction, eyebrow lift, hairline lowering, tracheal shave) by Dr. Saxon.
