Was in alfred for college visit
Had a family emergency and had to check out shortly after checking in. Upon doing so. I DID NOT request a refund but was offered one by the receptionist. She said when her manager came in she would ask him to void out the reservation. I felt this was very generous but NOT requested. Then i was called and told to contact expedia and they would be getting w their manager to see what they could do. To find that the policy is no refunds. Ok... well, i didnt ask for one.
