I have just move into the apartment 4 month a go. A very nice and quiet community, excellent service . Awesome Management, Lilly Sanchez is the maximum, so attentive and professional
This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I found it for my mother. The location is ideal because her dialysis center is only a 2-minute drive away. Like every apartment, it was a process to get in, but Lilly was absolutely amazing. She was always following up with me and guided me through the entire process. Lilly is kind, honest, and thorough. The maintenance team is always ready to help with whatever the problem may be. Always very courteous and try to figure out the issue as fast as they can. Thank you for always getting to the root of the problem! Kudos to the whole team!
Wow! I have never experienced a more involved, compassionate, and altogether awesome person as Lilly Sanchez. She walked me through the whole application process, and made sure that EVERYTHING that was required was taken care of; to assure there were no issues to disrupt the process . She takes care of her residents. Starting from the address name, Serenity, she assures you feel welcome and at home. The sense of community and feeling cared for is outstanding. Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience with the property manager (Lilly) and maintenance. She was very helpful and patient with me. Always has a smile on her face. Thank you for your help.
