Used to love Saxon. They were selected by AIG to service my fridge in August of 2020, and did not we're a mask and gloves in my home like the warranty company stated all service providers were required to. I let the retailer know that the service provider didn't follow safety protocols. Now when ever I need service he just tells the warranty company he had an issue with me and refuses to come back out. Sad cause they were great. To bad he won't own his own mistakes, and pawns them off on the clients he serves. Real shame! If... read more

We used them several times before the pandemic. No issues always friendly. However once the pandemic happened they came to the house and didn’t wear a mask in even though we were told they would by the service provider. We mentioned it to them and they told the service provider that we caused an issue with them and they turned down servicing our appliances. My dad has cancer and my mom had a transplant so I am always mindful and they took the fact they we wanted them to wear a mask as an “issue.”

Our 13 month old fridge/freezer QUIT WORKING! "Lowe's Advantage" contacted Saxon in SAV, 2 days later a nice Miss Nell called set up an appt. Technician Ray arrive as scheduled & professionally troubleshot the production issue, showed/explained to us the cause of failure & made the repairs. Stayed to make sure all was working & wrapped up. A BIG "THANK YOU" TO SAXON APPLIANCES OF SAVANNAH :)
