They did an excellent job providing comfort and services during this time. Mia was excellent in both understanding, empathy and service. The family appreciates the professionalism combined with true caring that was shown.
The team at Sax-Tiedemann was a beacon of support for our family. Especially Mia, her care and concern and attention to detail were unmatched. They all were kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process of laying my sweet Papa to rest. The facility was peaceful and immaculate, and every detail was handled with great care. We are so grateful for their guidance and for making a difficult day feel a little more bearable.
From the beginning of planning to the interment the staff of Sax-Tiedemann was extremely supportive. They are so considerate, kind, caring, sympathetic, helpful in every way. Their work is outstanding, my father looked natural and at his best. His color was perfect. They highly respect your wishes and support your every requested detail. They comfort you like family. We chose Sax Tiedemann for my father’s service, Luisito Rosales. The staff was calm, empathetic, and respectful from the first call through the service, which we very much appreciated. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience very stressful during an already difficult time. Communication was inconsistent, and my father’s body was in their care for 8 days with conflicting updates about cremation. It was in February 2020 my Dad had passed. They did such a great job on my Dad. They gave him a tan. He looked 10 years younger. My God. If I had taken a picture of him, and then put him on a dating site. He would of had so many hits. I am so impressed. And the director was so sweet and funny. Loved the guy. You made my day.
