Sax sent our paperwork to our physical address instead of asking for a mailing address. You would think a dealership in a rural part of the state of ND would know that USPS doesn't deliver to all physical locations. It ended up taking them more than 30 days to get us the title. They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the ND DMV said the dealership could get us another one. Tony Kostelecky was great. Our only complaint is that the trade-in value of our 2019 Equinox was very low. We also wish the 'fake' leather was real like we thought it would be. Ellen loves the car.

Went in for an oil change and to get my headlight changed out. Customer service on both the tire and lube as well as the service side are very professional and courteous. They are also very helpful. I look forward to scheduling another appointment soon to get a few other things fixed on my vehicle.

We have purchased several vehicles thru SAX. Always Treated Well. Paperwork is always Ready. Customer Service Is Top Notch. Service area always nice, they go out if their way to make sure your comfortable. Offer you a ride if you cannot wait. ZERO Issues. Ever. Thank You !
