I want to be clear that this 1 star review is solely due to Greystar taking over management. This was a wonderful place to live until Greystar took over management. We received a lease renewal with the wrong address listed on it shortly after they took over. After days of phone calls and even showing up to the office in person on multiple occasions we were unable to locate a single human to discuss the issue. Wouldn't recommend it if you care about your valuables being safe. I had my bike stolen from the garage where there are multiple security cameras. I was told I can't have access to the footage by the landlord.
Do not rent from any Avenue5 property (the company that manages Sawyer's Row). After months of ignored phone calls and emails, I am now pursuing small claims court to get my deposit back—despite never paying rent late, causing any damage, or receiving a complaint as a tenant. Search "Avenue5 Residential," based in Seattle, for more reviews.
I’ve lived at Sawyers Row for nearly one year now and have had nothing but a positive experience. There was a change in management right after I moved in and since then it has been clear that they are working hard to make improvements to the building and common areas. The few maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed and resolved immediately, and the office staff has done a great job bringing the community together with all of the resident events.
