Ashley has the worst nasty attitude, they’re all very unhelpful and just repeat themselves like robots when you have an issue you need resolved. Do not rent here! All they want is your money and to give you problems! They will tow your cars anytime any day with no notice, my vehicle was stamped at 12:45pm and towed by 1:29pm and they refused to drop it, they hung up in my face twice. Random chargers will be added to your rent . People break into cars every night and they could care less.
Experience was okay if you don’t have 18 months of consecutive rental history due to being deployed they do not care they will add 3000 extra dollars at move in so any soldiers who had a break in rental history due to military requirements they will not work with you and they will do whatever they can to take every dime from you and the jump from $500 additional deposit straight to $3000 is wild and with no math behind it any thing less than 18 months it’s jumping straight to 3K not 1K not 2k straight to the top
Went and toured here and Loved it! The Manager was AWESOME!! Customer Service sells!!! Not just the product or what you're looking at! She Sold Me!! Ashley was the Best. I highly recommend you check this place out and ask for Ashley. She was Amazing!!
