Severely lacking with communication.
My first experience with this company was today and very unfortunate, a contractor entered my apartment unit without knocking or permission. He just opened my door right up and once I yelled, he said “wrong apartment” and quickly backed out. They were not there for a job for my unit and we had not even known they were there for any other. What’s crazy is, this almost happened a second time when the other contractor TRIED THE DOOR AGAIN. Once again, Sawyer’s to the rescue! Jojo is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, and fastest responding HVAC guys you will find. Before even arriving, he asked what the problem was and diagnosed it almost immediately. Then once he arrived, he looked over any other potential issues and was able to help me get to the root of the problem. He got my heat working again right away and in not much time at all! I trust his work more than anyone, and I would recommend him fully!
Fastest service you will get in the Hampton Roads area! They don’t overcharge and always go above and beyond to make sure you won’t have another problem down the line. My AC was back on within 2 hours of speaking to them. Extremely fair price too!
