Isabel is wonderful. Everything else about this business/management is worth going elsewhere for. Intake and initial scheduling was problematic and frustrating. They can cancel appointments but if the client does, you’re subject to their cancellation policies which consisted of more documents than the initial intake forms (including the online portion-which I guess is pointless given the paperwork on site). Me and my brother were forced to see Mrs Sawyer to reunify with the man who got my mom pregnant. After the trauma i went through I was forced to be in a room with this man that was allowed to scream at me and accused me of a abandoning the dog he stole from me. I was left alone with my brother in a room with the man who hurt us. I was in tears the whole way home i could not believe she would allow him to treat me that way. I’m really glad I never have to go back to see Shannon Sawyer. My sister and I were forced to attend reunification therapy with Gregory after years of abuse from him. We were expected to associate with him even though we were scared and uncomfortable. Nothing good came from those sessions. Ms Sawyer was very professional, empathetic, and understanding. Throughout the experience, Ms Sawyer exposed a variety of techniques to better understand one’s self and environment. High conflict situations are difficult to address, but with developing healthy boundaries, situations and lifestyle improved. I strongly recommend their services!
