Water heater problem--water on floor-11/10/11-of course it was late FRI. night that the water on the floor appeared. Called Sawtooth who gave phone directions about how to turn off heater and the next morn, 8:30am (Sat., Vets Day) voila at the front door stood tall Eric ready to fix the problem. Totally polite and beyond lovely because it just took 5 seconds to repair (lucky us). Best thing was that he said for such a fast short call, the payment would be nil.
