RecommendedWhat a beautiful place! My first impression upon walking in was "Wow, this is unreal!". While each room is spacious and warm, the item which stuck out to me most was the view from the living room. Floor to ceiling windows that overlook the trees and have the mountain in the background were incredible. We had the most amazing time at Baker House! First off, it is gorgeous and the scenery is breathtaking. The photos do not do justice to just how magnificent the home is and what an incredible location it's in. We had four sets of people traveling and everyone had their own master suite with ensuite bath, plenty of privacy, and lots of luxury. It is unfortunate that a company has to act in such a manner during a time like this. Despite your policy listing refusal for refunds in "unforeseen circumstances", I doubt that government-mandated shelter in place laws due to a worldwide health crisis applies. It is clear that this falls outside of your policy, and I would wager that I'm not the only one who sees that. We stayed this past weekend in Breckenridge and booked our house through River Ridge Rentals. Such a smooth experience. Made our vacation less stressful and more enjoyable! The house we stayed at was so cute and clean. Would highly recommend River Ridge Rentals to book your next Colorado vacation!

We rented Lumberjack Lodge from River Ridge Rentals and totally enjoyed it. It was a beautiful home and a whole family was very comfortable in it. Would love to go back again!
