Sawmill manages North Hill Apartments in Springfield Ohio. I've lived in North Hill Apartments for 3.5years and only twice has maintaince come and fixed issues I've had in my apartment. Usually I have to do thing myself to get a solution. Management is poor as **** and they don't care about anyone but themselves and their friends they move into the apartments.
