Started out not so great but there are new staff who seem genuinely willing to help and make life better.
I’ve been living at this property managed by GEMZ Management for a few months now, and it has been a terrible experience. Every time it rains, water leaks from the ceiling into my apartment. I reported this issue over 2 months ago, but the leasing office has done nothing about it. No follow-up, no repairs, no care. I do not recommend renting here. The management is irresponsible, and they ignore serious maintenance issues. Please think twice before moving in — your safety and comfort will not be their priority.
I have lived here for 6+ years and the newest incarnation of the management staff is the worse I have seen. First I want to say the location and the maintenance staff is exceptional which lead me to staying for this long. If you have any issues with the office however they will refuse to try and work out a mutual solution with you making small issues into big problems because of their idgaf attitude. Still waiting for maintenance to fix the water leak
Pretty small for the price. When I applied and paid the fee for processing my app it was for a 1st floor unit. When I toured they advised all 1st floor units were filled. I like to grill out and can not do so on a 2nd floor apartment as they do not have a balcony. Hopefully a 1st floor unit opens once I am accepted. Update 10/12/2024 Items delivered to my door came up missing, stolen, porch pirates, whatever you want to call it. If anyone knows anything please reach out.
