It was a pretty average experience except My Internet was not activated until two days later. I put in some stuff that need to be fixed, and it’s been three days and it hasn’t been worked on and I’m assuming that people are off on the weekends so it’ll be five days before somebody will actually fix it, which is annoying. This is hands-down the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Avoid it at all costs. After eight years as a resident, I watched the property decline rapidly under the new management, Birge & Held. They’re unresponsive, disorganized, and indifferent to residents. During a renovation, we had our entire kitchen sitting in the living room for weeks because their team wouldn’t communicate or offer any compensation.
