No response to call for days, then told they didnt work on my brand.
A man on the phone got instantly defensive when we called and asked about our lawnmower not working after they fixed it in fall. After going on a long tangent and talking over me several times he said to never call again.
Called about a cub cadet. Guy was extremely rude told me to call someone else. Because “they” meaning anyone but him work on cub cadets. Didn’t even let me ask about how much his service fee was or how long his work log would be.
