Had multiple things stolen and manegment is never any help. Apartment is crowded and parking is always an issue. Lastly the dumpster is always overflowing. Wouldn't recommend.
This place is a joke. It is extremely frustrating trying to reach management when assistance is needed, as they are consistently unavailable. They have implemented a policy requiring packages to be delivered to lockers that residents do not have access to. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email, and in person, I have been unable to reach anyone. Calls to the office go unanswered and the space is often unstaffed. The posted closing times are not observed—staff routinely leave well before the listed hour.
This place is not for everyone, but to many it is HOME. My family has chosen to live here for 10 years plus because of its ideal location and our love for the Samill community. There's lots of life, great neighbors, awesome kids you cant help but love, and even a great cup of tea sometimes 😜 I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. People who expect quiet and solitude should not be seeking for an apartment anywhere.
Old management was great but the new is the complete opposite. If you don’t want amenities fixed and if you want to wait 6 months + to receive a security deposit back after moving out than this is your place! Even if you are desperate for housing I would recommend sleeping in the trunk of your car over signing a lease with this dump.
