This place is not for everyone, but to many it is HOME. My family has chosen to live here for 10 years plus because of its ideal location and our love for the Samill community. There's lots of life, great neighbors, awesome kids you cant help but love, and even a great cup of tea sometimes 😜 I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. People who expect quiet and solitude should not be seeking for an apartment anywhere.
Old management was great but the new is the complete opposite. If you don’t want amenities fixed and if you want to wait 6 months + to receive a security deposit back after moving out than this is your place! Even if you are desperate for housing I would recommend sleeping in the trunk of your car over signing a lease with this dump.
Old management was amazing. RIP Laura. New management is a complete different story. Very difficult to get a hold of, slow to fix critical amenities like washing machines--we were all operating on 4 washing machines for months. Loses rent checks all the time.
Terrible management company and very inconsiderate people. We moved out February 1 and it's almost April and we still haven't received our deposit yet! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
Hard to get the staff to do anything. Been over a month since I’ve asked them to check the security cameras.
