Find Another Place To Go The service here is terrible. They're not willing to work with you on simple issues that can easily be resolved satisfactorily. I had to walk out of that place out of respect for myself.

Big disappointment Avoid this place with everything you can. They are walking crooks. They do not tell you how much it cost to get your eye exam...until after you done so they charged you 3 times what Other optometrist charge. she charged $150 for a 10 minutes check up. The optometrist is also part of their sale team...she recommended the most expensive package for your lens even with the advertise 50% discount you still ended up a $600 on a pair of Ray Ban prescription Glass. Dr. Gregory Lohr is great! I went in for an eye exam and he was really personable, knowledgeable, kind, and polite. Going to the doctor generally isn't a fun experience, but he made it enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Rude Office Staff Rude office staff, won't return calls and one person actually hung up on me when she found out I had booked an appoitnment with another physician.
Dont bother.. Very Unprofessional. Said his lenses would be done Friday. Then said they were wrong. Wont be done till Monday. Then called and said they didnt get them in the box was empty wont be done until Tuesday. Called and asked who I speak to to make a complaint they said "submit it in writting" Asked who I contact to get a refund they said "submit it in writting" 260.00 for lenses that arnt there and a runaround about EVERYTHING! Take your business to a more professional establishment!
