Had a tour at this apartment complex a few weeks ago, the leasing agent was very helpful. Definitely thinking about applying.
David and cam were both amazing help with information and helping thru the process! Units are in good condition and location is great! Amazing place to live!
Great location. Landlords are excellent, my maintenance requests get completed very quickly with little to no issues. Fitness center is limited, but still has most of what you’d need. I’ve been here for a year and hopefully a few more.
Sawmill Commons is a great place to live and I’d recommend it without any hesitation. My family and I lived there for 4 years and left due to relocating to a different city for a job opportunity. The things we appreciated most: community feel, great neighbors, fun clubhouse events to socialize, clean and well-kept grounds, modern units, timely maintenance response, affordable, walkable to a few playgrounds, and last but not least very kind and helpful leasing team.
The maintenance staff is outstanding very friendly very knowledgeable wish I could say that about the office staff the new people are very unfriendly
