The maintenance staff is outstanding very friendly very knowledgeable wish I could say that about the office staff the new people are very unfriendly
I had requested maintenance come to our apartment to evaluate our lighting problem in the kitchen, as well as help with the removal of a branch on the red bud tree in front of our apartment which was hit by lightning. Josh came and replaced bulbs in our apartment in addition to removing the branch. This was/is greatly appreciated, especially since my husband and I are older and can no longer do these things easily. Great maintenance and office response to my concerns. They are consistently professional and personable.
There are a lot of trees make the residency a fresh and peaceful place. At the same time, the carefully manicured lawns enhance the beauty of the area. I love sitting in my rocking chair and gazing at the trees, the lawns, and the sky here.
