Very friendly and loving toward my fur babies. And they are very helpful.
Helpful, friendly, and accommodating! We were visiting Laurel from out-of-town and found a stray kitten. The staff at Sawmill bathed her and checked her out for us. SO grateful!!
We would never go anywhere else, we have been using Sawmill for almost 30 years! We love everyone there, always friendly and top notch treatment for all of our fur babies!
I can not praise Dr. Carley and staff enough. You certainly brought our baby Trico through a tough time. Thanks so much for taking care of us.
They really good two with dogs and cats
it’s one thing to not be able to keep an animal, which i understand. but when the kitten was beating its head on the wall about to kill its self you don’t tell people calling for looking help that they just shouldn’t had ever picked it up. we spent 45 mins trying to catch the baby or else it would be dead. if you use sawmill animal hospital, i’d find somewhere else. oh and my sister was going to pay for the treatment she just couldn’t keep the kitten due to it being feral & us having other cats. they need a new manager with ... read more
The manager at Sawmill Animal hospital is extremely rude & not actually concerned for animals that are in need of medical attention even if the costs are offered to be paid for, the only thing we couldn’t do is keep him. She literally told us we should have left it there to kill itself. He was trying to go through glass and hit his head with all his strength multiple times. 5+ stars Our cat got sick over the Memorial Day weekend. I called every vet office in town and none of them were open. Knowing if we didn’t do something she wouldn’t make it to Tuesday. So we called Sawmill and they paged Dr. Moore. He returned my call and met us within the hour. Although she didn’t make it, Dr Moore tried his best to help her. She had too many things going wrong with her to save her. So we finally decided to let her go on Tuesday morning. I will now be using Dr Moore for my other cats because he truly tried... read more
