My six and eight year old leave the dentist saying they went to go back and look forward to it. My six year old said “I had fun can we go back”. It’s a colorful dentist office, very inviting, coloring books and the staff is nice. My son keeps having complications with his teeth and the dentist has been great through this process.
I waited over 3 months for my sons dental surgery just for the day before to have them tell me they removed him from the schedule without even notifying me or his father, claiming we never confirmed the appointment even though we had every at every appointment prior, and through pre registration. I even called leaving messages because I was concerned from not hearing from them. Now my son is left waiting another 5 months for an extraction.
