If I could rate 10 stars I would. That is the level of care and customer service that Sawgrass Orthodontics provides. The office is very efficient and well run. No long wait times, the staff is ALWAYS friendly, they remember your name, and the office is clean and comfortable. They also have extremely competitive prices and easy hassle-free financing. Dr. Penny, Dr. Kristen, Laura and all of the staff at Sawgrass Orthodontics are top-notch...You won't find better anywhere in South Florida.
I can only express nothing but appreciation for Sawgrass Ortho and their complete staff. It felt like I was working with family every time I went in. Everyone is very personable, courteous, patient and caring! I completed Treatment (Braces) one month ago and I cannot be happier. My sister, brother, and I both come here. It has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. The doctors and staff are welcoming and understanding and the results are beautiful! Drs. Penny and Kristen are wonderful. They and the whole Sawgrass Orthodontics staff took great care of my daughter's orthodontics needs. The environment is bright, clean and friendly. I highly recommend Sawgrass Orthodontics! What a great experience!
