My family and I were on vacation in the Florida area a week ago when my Fusion started acting real crazy! #1 Don't know why I decided to drive my personal vehicle for this vacation from VA to FL versus rent, but took my chances anyway. I loved this place! They fixed my car at an affordable rate! Cameron and his crew are fast, friendly and affordable in the service department! Repairs were done the same day with parts in stock!
ust had all the shocks, tires and wheel alignment done here. They did a great job. Car was all clean when I got it back. Everything that they quoted me up front came out to be true when it came time to pay the cashier. Very good people to do with. I spoke with other customers in the waiting room and 4 of them all had nothing but good things to say about this place. Over the past 3 years of coming here I've never had any bad experiences.
Just had a 60,000 mile service today. Car runs like new again. It's much cheaper to pay for service every once in a while than having never ending car payments. All previous service visits came out great. Been coming here for years. Bought our other car from here with no complaints. Got really good deals on them compared to other dealers I tried. Been servicing both here regularly. They've always treated us fairly.
Make sure the repairs are done, I've seen cabin filter paid for and never changed also the 30 K Services are the biggest waste of money and only change fluids, if that even gets changed I'm not satisfied with the owners answers as to why the repairs weren't don't in the first place, they are scam artist

Worst dealership ever. Techs abuse a customer's car then they file a police report to bully the customer. Not the first or last time- avoid these clowns.
