In 2018 I used this company to install hardwood floors in one room in my home. I recently called them to inquire why half my floor is wearing horribly. Instead of offering to come see what is going on, the conversation flipped. I was accused of either using the wrong product on the floor, dragging furniture across the floor or using a rug on the poorly worn area. NONE of these things happened!!! They do not stand behind their products. I will not be using them nor recommending them to anyone! Look elsewhere.

We are currently suing Sawgrass Floors for faulty installation and subsequent failure our of hardwood floors that were installed in 2013. Starting this past January we contacted John because of discoloration and softening in numerous areas of our Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. John’s deflection was that there must be a pipe leak in our kitchen island, or a failure of the glue used. 6/27/18 Poor finish/horrible customer service - the only reason I decided to use this company is because they said they could do the open steps. It was the worst decision. Come to find out, I was the guinea pig who agreed to pay the extra labor for the work. I should have closed the steps and rid myself of this horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor a take your money elsewhere. I've been calling incessantly trying to get them to come make repairs and finish the work.
