Townhouse needs updated. Spots in brand new carpet. Water leaking under carpet. Jason in office does nothing walks/drives around allday being nosey. Maintence is horrible they take old pieces from other empty apartments to try and fix things. The rent was just $1025 for a townhouse as of April 1, 2026 it went up almost $400/$500. Not a good place to move.
Please warn all your families and friends that if they are looking to move to not pick Sawgrass in howland! I have had to deal with sewer water flooding my whole kitchen , living room & laundry room not once but twice within a 2 month period. The first time this happened I had to stay in a hotel and with family for almost a week with 2 kids the day my daughter came home from the NICU It took them over 24 hours to get a cleaning crew in .
