Great service....this staff work very well to fit you in and get your vehicle serviced. I would highly recommend this garage to everyone.
Sawgate specializes in Volkswagen reparations. We have two Volkswagen vehicles, so we bring them here for servicing. They don't greet you with a warm smile, but they do prompt quality work on your vehicle.
Messaged Ian (the owner) that my epc light came on, on a Sunday I might add. He didn’t mind at all that I dropped it off that night, it was looked at Monday, part was also ordered. My car was finished Tuesday!! Super happy with customer service here. 10/10. Thanks again Sawgate crew!
Very poor customer service.... Messed up my glow plug, I had to take my car to Bridgewater Volkswagen to fix their mistake which cost me $833.. Ian refused to reimburse me ... Whatever happened to garages that stand behind their work..
