My normal cupcake place wouldn't even try to hell me out.. So I called last min needing 72 cupcakes for my birthday the next day with special kinds.. Dan took my order sent me my invoice and yes they were ready the next day.. my co-workers loved them.
I have used Saweet Cupcakes a few times for family get togethers and birthday parties and they are by far the best bakery that I have tried in San Antonio. The prices are very reasonable and the owners are very willing to help you out with special orders or in getting that cake decorated in just the right way for that special friend or family member. Plus, the cupcakes and cakes are delicious, always fresh and moist. Once I discovered Saweet Cupcakes my search for the perfect bakery was completed!

I visited Saweet Cupcakes for the first time on Thursday after completing a test in the area. I just happened upon it and decided to stop in. I tried the Tejas and Vanilla cupcake. The Tejas was exceptionally good. I really enjoyed it. The vanilla was ok. I like that their cupcakes are moist, and the icing really helps to sweeten the cake.
Have been coming here 3 or 4 times a year and usually I walk away very pleased. Not so today. When you limit your menu your product should "blow people away". I was very disappointed in the frosting of the salted Carmel and the turtle cupcakes; they are almost a carbon copy of each other. I tried the tres leches today and wont try it again; although its frosting was much more authentic than the other two. Maybe it was an off day.
The BEST cupcakes in San Antonio. The cake is perfectly moist and stays moist- even after a day or two. And the frosting isn't too overpowering and they don't put a ton of frosting on either. (Which is a problem at other places.) and I love how fresh the cupcakes always taste. I've never had a bad cupcake here.
