I hired them to do some concrete saw cutting at one of my jobs. When I called to speak to them about the job, I explained exactly what the job was clearly. I even advised John that he should come out to look at the job and his response was “no, that’s ok I know exactly what needs to be done”. We agreed on a price and scheduled the job to be done on a Saturday at 8am. I received a call at 7am on the day of the job that they were there but weren’t going to do the job.
