Very disappointed and extremely concerned about our experience with Sawari. My husband approached Sawari regarding a rent-to-own vehicle. Initially, he was only informed about the weekly payment amount and they charged $14000 upfront and said rest $280 will be for 3 years after calculating price was around $52000 When he later attended the office to sign the contract, he was pressured to sign the agreement, and the contract stated that the total price is $51,400, My husband signed the contract and came home. We rented a car from them and dealed by Parmila , good customer service by her and highly recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service representative didn’t seem to know anything about the cars they were selling. He was rude, uninterested, and looked like he had just woken up. Instead of helping, he acted like answering basic questions was a burden. Very unprofessional customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership based on my experience.
