Right after signing the agreement, we were unexpectedly charged an extra $50, which was never mentioned during the enquiry phase. Later, we received a $40 penalty invoice for a failed payment—again, no warning, no courtesy text, and no email reminder. For a failed payment, $40 is excessive (even Vodafone only charges $15!).
