I spend winters in Texas where I shop at Whole Foods. But I love Sawall's in Kalamazoo! It is friendlier and easier to navigate. I always find what I need. I especially am enjoying the cafe in the balcony. I've met friends there for a coffee break. The workers are always cheerful and positive. Last week, Sydney waited on us and she was delightful! Come back to Sawall's if you haven't seen their remodeled space, you'll be happy you did!
I shop here almost daily since the expansion but today is the day I'm totally won over. About a month ago I spoke to the owner about some holes I felt they had in their baby food selection. Just arrived to find the aisle remade and everything on my wish list in-stock. Thank you!!!
I love your store. We visit once a week. I just left a whole foods in Florida and their vegan selections are not as good as what I kind find at your store. Thank you!
I've lived in Kalamazoo most of life, I've been to Sawalls several times the last couple of years and been completely partial. I like the products they carry and it's very clean and organized. Today I was followed around by an older man who worked there. Down several aisles he followed me back and forth, never asking if I needed help but making sure I felt uncomfortable.
