crazy wait time
One of the worst Medical office I have visited. The front desk worker has a attitude she doesn’t listen and talks very rudely. To get a report that takes 5 minuets and to discuss with the doctor they make you wait exactly 4-5 hours which is ridiculous. You tell them, “I have a appointment for 11:00 AM how long do I have to wait?” They will say “there’re other people ahead of you”.
