This place sucks. They overcharge my rent and then say they are gonna fix it and one month later my rent has almost tripled and I have followed up 5 times to get it fixed. Management says they will fix it but they are not gonna help any
I applied for a 3bdrm. Elijah did his best. However, management was very unprofessional. I dont have an account for rental credit, They never cared to ask how long I resided in a house in the past 10 years. I just wanted to downsize. They gave me and my family the run around with lack of communication. After, paperwork was signed. I’ve been having a/c issues and Marcus the new maintenance supervisor went out of his way to make sure the a/c would get taken care of. Elijah in the office also has Great service and really caring. Thankyou for your help.
They don’t care if other people from other neighborhoods park here, apartment has smelled like sewage for months and we just deal with it. When we asked about the parking situation they told us to buy a garage 😂😂🤣
