I’ve been having a/c issues and Marcus the new maintenance supervisor went out of his way to make sure the a/c would get taken care of. Elijah in the office also has Great service and really caring. Thankyou for your help.
They don’t care if other people from other neighborhoods park here, apartment has smelled like sewage for months and we just deal with it. When we asked about the parking situation they told us to buy a garage 😂😂🤣
I’m giving 5 stars for Elijah! FINALLY they found the perfect person to be the face of Sawmill Village. He is kind and listens to the residents. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Also, Tiffany is a great addition. She also listens and gets it done! So refreshing to know that people do actually care.

This place is nasty. Mold, roaches, mice, bed bugs you name it!!! They do not fix anything and they lie!! This is the worst place ever. I put my rent into escrow.
