I have never written a review like this before, but after our 16-month experience here, I feel our concerns deserve to be acknowledged. My mom and I rented a 2-bedroom apartment for 16 months at approximately $1,700 a month. Unfortunately, ongoing property issues significantly outweighed the positive aspects. Recently moved in a few weeks ago, after seeing the google reviews I was very worried, the property manager reassured us of the improvements they’ve made and it’s been evident since move in. Both manager Tiffany and sales associate Tavonya have been very nice, professional, informational, and frequently present on the property. Apartment is beautiful and clean with very small issues that were handled within 2 weeks of move in. Facilities in club house are clean and work well besides a semi-cold pool and sauna.
