Experience has greatly improved! David, one of the maintenance crew, came to fix one plumbing issue. Without asking him, he checked all of the faucets and shower heads and fixed any that had the same issue. His initiative was appreciated! The complex also has greatly improved overall response time to maintenance requests. Now we hope they can get to the nasty potholes.
They double rented our garage unit and even after being notified of that fact, still managed to remove and either dump or take what we had stored in there....twice. Zero accountability on the matter too as the emails sent using the online resident portal specifically to leave a "paper trail" some did not do that and at this point theyve cycled through employees to the point there isnt anyone that was here during that time still employed. ZERO STARS!!!! PLACE IS INSANELY EXPENSIVE AND HAS RAISED EVERY SINGLE YEAR BY 150-200$ THEY REPAIR VERY LITTLE AND WHAT IS FIXED IS DONE WRONG. WATER PRESSURE IS NON EXISTENT AND NO ONE CAN FIX IT, AC DIDNT WORK FOR 4 YEARS, TOOK 7 MONTHS TO GET A WASHER! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT ZERO PARKING IF YOU COME HOME AFTER 5PM, IVE BEEN BEGGING FOR MONTHS TO GET ASSIGNED PARKING AND IM TOLD TO DEAL WITH IT, I SERIOUSLY HAVE TO WALK TO THE COMPLETE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX WITH 3 CHILDREN MIND YOU!!! Lack of communication is dumbfounding. Literally the worst out of any apartment complexes in Columbus, and I’ve seen some pretty darn bad ones
