Do not move in to this apartment I’m living here about 7 month now. And not happy with them.i was off for the holidays the July 4th wanted to go in to pool and enjoy. but the pool was closed. And most of the time they keep pool closed for cleaning and open next day. And I think cleaning shouldn’t be taking all day ot 2 days. However they are just not doing anything properly.
save yourself the headache and don't rent here. they're very low quality apartments. maintenance never does anything they're supposed to do. there's no parking at certain buildings. they'll tow your car quickly but will leave maintenance requests sitting for months. you'll never be able to talk to someone on the phone, they don't answer emails. they'll leave you without heat in the winter and without AC in the summer. your car will get broken into constantly, they have "security cameras" but won't review them or won't give y... read more
A nightmare of an experience since bought out by big out-of-state corporation. Had no complaints for 3 years up until then. Loved the area. Has ONE trash compactor (about a quarter mile from apartments near the front) that constantly breaks down so trash builds up in the area when it’s down. This place has no management. Parking is a joke because you let individuals run businesses with more than 5 cars. You don't register vehicles or give out parking permits to actually get rid of non registered vehicles to help the tenants. Your office is non responsive and never available. Maintenance staff doesn’t respond to service. That’s a blanket statement. They literally treat all service requests as optional. If you seek their services out, you will be met with aggression. I hate being critical of service professionals, as I have made my career in that very industry, but I’m writing this with 100% honesty.
