The customer service is top tier here and any issues I've had in the past they were more than willing to get them resolved.
My storage unit got broken in too and the maintenance people going to peoples storage units and stealing stuff out of their storage units. I was missing a book bag and a lot of tools was in my storage unit and it was missing.
Oh it was ok for me to pay the bill but I’m not a customer right that’s ok I didn’t say he could keep my stuff it was supposed to be for a couple days till we got our place. I OWE YOU MONEY AND NOT DOING THE HONEST THING EVEN AFTER HE ADDED ME TO THE ACCOUNT YOU THEN KNEW YOURSELF WHAT HE HAD DONE TO ME. Your decision then was to call me today at 3 pm and tell me I had to 8 to pay 93 or it will be 185 tomorrow for a storage unit I didn’t rent from you but I’m not a customer your right.
