I thought I'd say a few bucks by using this company and listing 2 proprties. I made a mistake. Included in the fee was to be a sign, post and flyer holder installed on the property. I got the sign in the mail but they never installed the post after being contacted several times. The owner Beata stated she would take care of it twice in a written email to me. The staff at MySecretAgent was very accommodating to what I needed in my listing package. I sold a condo in Bellevue, WA within a week of listing with MSA and saved over $14,000. They helped me look over my contract and helped my on how to counter the offer, I feel like I got way more service than what I paid for. I have referred them to all my friends and colleagues and will for sure use them again!
It was not a good experience, especially at the end when we requested to have the MLS# to be inactive/delisted. We had to call and email more than several times for two days to have the contract closed. It was only a month of passive service from them. They kept promising they would do it within twenty minutes but they failed to carry their promise out. We were very upset for not being able to relist with another real estate agent. The staff at MySecretAgent was amazing! They answered all my questions when it came to listing with them.
