Very unprofessional. Insisted on advance payment for design fees then decided to quit the job after I let the owner know I was unhappy with the disorganized service and poor communication of her staff and refused to refund the design fees paid in advance. She decided to quit as it appeared to me that she completely overreacted to constructive criticism but felt she was entitled to keep money she had not earned anyway.
